Refund Policy*

Because coaching, hypnotherapy, and mental hygiene services involve reserved time, energetic labor, and personalized preparation, all purchases are non-refundable.

Individual Sessions

• Single 1:1 sessions are non-refundable once booked.

• You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice at no additional cost.

• Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the session.

Packages & Programs

• All packages and multi-session programs are non-refundable once purchased, whether paid in full or via a payment plan.

• Sessions within a package must be used within the stated timeframe.

• Unused sessions are not eligible for refunds or transfers.

Digital Products & Workshops

• All digital products, downloads, workshops, and courses are non-refundable due to immediate access upon purchase.

Exceptions

• Refunds are only considered in the rare event of service cancellation initiated by the provider and will be issued at the provider’s discretion.
