My Commitment to Lasting Change
I work with serious clients who are ready for serious results. Because of how our minds work, real transformation doesn't happen overnight. On average, it takes six sessions to fully retrain and resync the brain and mind for lasting, automatic change. For this reason, I require a minimum commitment of six sessions.
